Contract & Account Manager

Provide leadership and direct management, to a team of Account Managers for Sales activities to deliver sales growth, market share and profit objectives for the Aerospace business using divisional software such as Sales force, ERP/QAD, DSS. They will also be responsible for negotiating, structuring and managing effective contracts with global customers balancing sales growth, product mix and profit margin requirements to maximize the benefit to the company?s goals.
+ Manage the Aerospace Sales team and related activities to assure achievement of the annual budget and other business related goals and objectives. This includes managing the sales budget, preparing and managing forecasts, quote approval, price increase and margin management as well as contract negotiations and management. While directly managing the sales team the individual needs to create a culture of engagement and employee development.
+ Make assessments of market positioning and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors to formulate a sustainable sales growth plan.The person in this position must possess the drive and discipline to stay in front of them to grow the business.
+ Set the major objectives and strategy for the major end user accounts.He/she will provide Leadership interaction with key customers, suppliers and channel partners in developing new sales opportunities and maintaining solid business relationships with existing customers.Support global brand communication effort (press release, webinars, deployment packages, etc.). The incumbent participates in sales, promotion, trade show, and product development activities.
+ Function as a critical member of the Aerospace management team providing direction and interaction with the internal leadership team and all sales support functions. Performs other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing or Technical Field is required, MBA preferred
10 or more years? experience with manufacturing products and technical/engineered products, Aerospace experience preferred
Experience working in a large matrix organization and excellent presentation and communication skills
Successful experience in managing, measuring and driving a Sales organization
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, Sales Force, ERP systems, as well as other CRM systems
Engineering/Technical aptitude

Protective equipment is not required in the office area. However, individual must wear hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes and other protective equipment when entering designated areas within the plant.
Physical Demands:
Individual performing these duties will routinely work from a sitting position for some of the workday. Will stand and walk around in the plant. Requires extensive use of fingers, hands, arms and to operate a computer and to perform administrative tasks. May lift items up to 25 pounds and handle tools when appropriate. Individual will routinely climb two flights of stairs to second floor work area. Individual will typically climb stairs at a minimum of 3 times per day. Individual performing this job position must be able to speak and hear. Requires close up vision and the ability to see distance.
Work Environment:
Individual will work inside. Work environment is a typical office setting where noise level is moderate while inside. Manufacturing floor noise is moderate and will require the use of hearing protection.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
